A credential that means something. Earned, not attended.
Every LeadAI credential is backed by actual practice evidence — graded artefacts, decision sims passed, stakeholder roleplays completed, a 6-axis readiness score. The PDF on the wall is the index. The proof is the audit trail behind the QR code.
Foundations. Practitioner. Mastery. Each one is provable.

- Tier badge with colour-coded ribbon (slate / cyan / gold)
- Issuing coach (per role)
- Issue date + immutable Credential ID
- Faint anti-photoshop watermark + verify QR code
- Modules completed (X / 10)
- Decision sims passed (Y) + average correctness
- Stakeholder roleplays completed (Z)
- 6-axis Readiness Index (Governance / Adoption / Skills / Tooling / Risk / Culture)
- Team capstone score (Mastery only)
Public, instant, no login required.
Every credential has a permanent verify URL: lead-ai.io/verify/<credential-id>. A recruiter, an enterprise L&D buyer, or a hiring manager can scan the QR code on the PDF or visit the URL directly — they’ll see the issuance date, role, tier, and the evidence-strip behind it. No login. No paid Verified-by-LinkedIn flow. Just a clean public page.
Revocable, immutable, signed
Credentials can be revoked if a learner is later found to have violated honour-code rules (no public revoke leaks, but the verify page shows REVOKED with a reason). The evidence snapshot at issue-time is preserved — even if you complete more sims later, the certificate’s back doesn’t silently change. Each ID is unique and the format is parseable: LAI-<ROLE>-<TIER>-<8HEX>.
One-click add to your profile, with the verify link intact.
From your certificates page, the Add to LinkedIn button deep-links into LinkedIn’s “Add Certification” flow with the right Credential ID, Issuing Organization, Issue Date, and Verify URL pre-filled. Recruiters who click through land on your public verify page and see the evidence snapshot.
