Terms of Service

The deal between you and LeadAI.

By using LeadAI Academy you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, please stop using the service.

1. The Service

LeadAI provides role-specific AI training, including AI coach chats, simulations, roleplays, team capstones and a readiness diagnostic.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • No reverse-engineering or scraping the platform.
  • No using outputs to train competing AI models.
  • No impersonation, harassment or unlawful content.
  • No uploading material you don’t have the right to share.

4. Intellectual property

We own the platform, curriculum, simulation logic and coach personas. You own your submissions. By submitting content you grant LeadAI a non-exclusive licence to use it solely to operate and improve the service — not to train models or sell to third parties.

5. Payment & plans

The service is currently free during the introductory window. Enterprise pilots are billed per the Order Form signed with your organisation.

6. Availability & modifications

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

7. Third-party services

Sign-in is via Google OAuth. AI inference is via ARIA, our governed multi-persona engine, under an enterprise inference agreement with our upstream model provider. Each is governed by its own provider terms.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided AS IS. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Coach and grader outputs are educational — not legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are exclusively venued in Delaware.

12. Changes

We will notify account-holders at least 14 days before material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
